Step 1 - Open the Paginator program.
Step 2 - Select the HTML file you wish to paginate.
Step 3 - Type in the number of Front Matter pages and the number of Numbered Pages in your document.
Don't have any Front Matter pages - simply input '0' (zero'). The Paginator automatically accounts for any remaining pages as End Matter .
Step 4 - Click the Paginate button.
The resulting Paginated HTML file is automatically saved in the same file as the original document and re-titled with 'Paginated' as part of the file name.
The resulting Paginated HTML file can be used just as it is with a wide variety of text-to-speech and screenreading software programs or further converted into a Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format, or Text file. The program works especially well with the Publisher DAISY production software program available from Dolphin Computer Access.
